These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Owlet mobile application.

Use of the App

Owlet provides relaxing sounds and sleep music for personal, non-commercial use. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscriptions

Owlet may offer an auto-renewable subscription for full access to premium content. The yearly subscription is offered with a 7-day free trial when available. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Pricing and trial availability may vary by country and may be shown in your local currency by Apple.

Content

All audio, artwork, design, and app materials are provided for use inside Owlet only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or extract app content except where allowed by law.

Availability

We aim to keep the app and hosted content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, catalog items, and pricing may change over time.

Limitation of Liability

Owlet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
